The plain-English terms for shopping with Bob's Natural Foods online.
Who we are
Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Where a price is shown struck through, our online price is up to 15% below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate; if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you and either substitute with your approval or refund you in full. An order is accepted when we ship it or mark it ready for pickup.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. Your statement will show BOBS NATURAL FOODS.
Sales tax
Dietary supplements are exempt from New York State sales tax. Where tax applies to an item or destination, it's shown at checkout before you pay.
Health information
Product descriptions are provided for information only and are not medical advice. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and talk to your healthcare practitioner before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Quantity limits
Online orders are intended for personal and family use. We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to be for resale.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York consumer protection law.
Governing law
