Shipping Policy

We ship to every US state, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your package at USPS Ground Advantage retail rates, so you only ever pay the actual postage. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Packages under half a pound ship for $10.20; a typical two-bottle order ships for $13.65.

Prefer no shipping charge? Choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order in store.

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same or next business day; orders placed on weekends ship Monday. USPS Ground Advantage delivery takes 3–6 business days once shipped. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your label is printed.

Pickup orders are ready within one business day. We'll email you when it's packed. Bring your order number and photo ID to the counter during store hours — Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–6 PM, Saturday 9 AM–6 PM, Sunday 9 AM–5 PM. Orders not collected within 14 days are refunded to the original payment method.

If anything arrives damaged or is missing from your package, email bobsnaturalfoodsli@gmail.com or call (516) 208-3145 within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice. If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, we'll open a claim with USPS and send a replacement.
