Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed essential oil, Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root supercritical CO₂ extract. Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, vegan capsule (hypromellose), water, and sunflower lecithin.
Suggested use
Adults take 1 capsule 4 times daily, as needed.
