Per 4 Capsules — Calories 10; Total Carbohydrate 2 g; Dietary Fiber 2 g; Soluble Fiber 1 g; Sodium 30 mg; Potassium 10 mg; PGX ® (PolyGlycopleX ® ) Highly purified, water-soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® process: Konjac glucomannan ( Amorphophallus konjac ) (root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate. 2 g; Mulberry Extract 8:1 ( Morus alba ) (leaf) 100 mg. Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, purified water), magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), rice powder.
Suggested use
Can be taken with or without food, with a glass of water (12–16 oz. or 1½–2 cups), or as directed by a health care professional. Week 1: 1–2 capsules 3 times daily. Week 2: 2 capsules 3 times daily. Week 3 and beyond: 4 capsules 2 times daily.
