Per 1 Tablet — SAMe (S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine) (from 400 mg of S-Adenosy-L-Methionine Tosylate Disulfate) 200 mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, coating (glycerol, sodium alginate, colloidal silica anhydrous, arginine, magnesium stearate [vegetable grade]), magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), colloidal silica anhydrous.
Suggested use
Take on an empty stomach during the day: For mood balance* : 1–4 tablets 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. For joint support* : 1–3 tablets 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed a total of 8 tablets per day. For best results, take SAMe for a minimum of 2 weeks, at which time effects should be observed.
