About this product
This water-soluble B Complex member is particularly important for pregnant women and supports cardiovascular wellness.* Folic acid helps maintain homocysteine levels already in the normal range by converting it into methionine, while also promoting red blood cell health and nervous system function.* Adequate folate intake may reduce a woman's risk of bearing a child with certain birth defects of the brain or spine.
